Story
Most knew Nige as a DJ which was a job he loved and did from 1971, but in his spare time he loved the railways and we spent a lot of time at Avon Valley Railway and we were very blessed to be able to have our wedding ceremony there on a train carriage and travel up and down the line with our guests. Nige's business USP was making events unique to the client and memorable for all the right reasons. He gave so many couples their dream wedding with special memorable moments like grand entrance set to personal music choices and circle of love dances and getting the crowd involved. So he wanted a wedding we and our guests would remember and it was a magical day although the hottest in history in 2022 everything was perfect! Sadly he was too poorly for an evening reception but he loved having Fran singing on the platform and in the carriage for our ceremony music.
Avon Valley Railway have finally installed the bench!
